Test Manager (m/f/d) Web Applications

To start immediately, assignment in Munich, permanent position, full time

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Planning, responsibility and execution of software tests in the agile development process
Managing the test team, consisting of internal and external testers, in the individual test phases
Creation of test strategies
Identifying dependencies and developing comprehensive test plans
Optimisation of the test processes
Conceptualisation and control of test automation activities
Responsibility for and planning of resources and tools
Monitoring and reporting of ongoing quality assurance activities
Close coordination with product management and software development

YOUR SKILLS:

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification with an IT background
Excellent knowledge of processes, technologies and tools in the field of agile software development and agile software testing (e.g. HP ALM / UFT / JIRA / Confluence)
Knowledge of test automation
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of test management
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a goal-oriented, customer-focused and pragmatic approach
High degree of independence and personal responsibility
Good written and spoken language skills in German and English
